Kako radi DPF filter
Iz godine u godinu, u svetu se razvijaju novi standardi, kao i same tehnologije koje onemogućavaju čoveku da nesvesno uništava životnu okolinu. Jedna od takvih tehnologija koja je uvedena još 2009. godine kao obavezna komponenta kako bi vozilo ispunilo Euro 5 standard jeste DPF filter. Mnogi su očekivali ove promene i ranije pa su postojali automobili sa ovim filterom i pre 2009. godine.
Ovaj filter poseduje samo jedan zadatak a to je da zarobljava čestice čađi unutar izduvnog sistema čijem sklopu i pripada. Na taj način produžava vek motoru, pa i samom automobilu. Kada je u pitanju DPF filter, on poseduje na sebi šest senzora i zahvaljujući njima, centralni računar automobila prepoznaje samo stanje u filteru, i to čini na taj način što meri pritisak u komorama ispred i iza filtera, kao i sam nivo čađi i pepela u sistemu.
Čišćenje i reparacija DPF filtera
Kao i svaki filter, tako i DPF se mora čistiti i taj proces se zove regeneracija i ona može biti aktivna i pasivna. Aktivna regeneracija traži intervenciju od strane vozača automobila, dodatak goriva, a može da se obavi tokom vožnje ili da se popravi u servisu. Kada je u pitanju pasivna regeneracija, ona se dešava kada temperatura izduvnih gasova postane dovoljno visoka da čađ može da počne da se spaljuje bez dodatka goriva, intervencije od strane vozača, itd.
U prethodnom pasusu je spomenuto da se ciscenje DPF filtera može izvršiti tokom vožnje, ali tom prilikom se mora ispuniti određeni uslovi, koji zavise od modela i stanja filtera, kao i samog motora. Tom prilikom je neophodno voziti najmanje 30 minuta brzinom od najmanje 60 km/h i da tom prilikom broj obrtaja motora bude oko 3000 po minutu. Na taj način se postiže temperatura koja je dovoljno visoka da spali nakupljenu čađ, koja se tom prilikom pretvara u pepeo i vodenu paru.
U slučaju da se kasnije opet pojavi problem sa DPF filterom, vozač automobila mora da se pojavi u nekoj firmi gde će se profesionalno očistiti filter. Svakako da vozač automobila ne treba sam skidati DPF filter jer na taj način može doći do oštećenja, već treba otići u servis u kome će majstori to uraditi. Kada je u pitanju profesionalno čišćenje ovog filtera, ono traje nekoliko dana i mora da prođe kroz nekoliko koraka, a to su:
- Vizuelni pregled stanja filtera;
- Pregled filtera kamerom;
- Očitavanje nivoa zaprljanosti DPF filtera uz pomoć kompjutera i posedovanje štampanog nalaza;
- Čišćenje DPF filtera;
- Sušenje DPF filtera;
- Poslednji test sa postignutim rezultatima;
- Pakovanje i isporuka na adresu.
Cena DPF filtera
Cena novog DPF filtera iznosi između 800 i 3000 evra, i to zavisi od marke i kvaliteta istog. I pored toga, postoji ljudi koji smatraju da kada dođe do oštećenja ovog filtera treba kupiti nov. Međutim, sa druge strane, brojnija je grupa koja smatra da je bolje odraditi čišćenje postojećeg filtera jer nakon toga procenat čistoće iznosi uglavnom preko 95%. Cena čišćenja DPF filtera iznosi od 60 evra pa naviše u zavisnosti od marke, servisa gde se radi, kao i stepena oštećenja.
